Participant Requirements

  • Male/Female min. 18 years old
  • Minimum high school graduated
  • Passionate about Gelato product and business
  • Having experience in Gelato industry will be advantages

3-Day Class Location and Details

SURABAYA
Time            : 13.15 - 17.00
Date             : 9 - 12 August 2017
Speaker      : [Gelato Chef from Comprital, Business Lecturer]
Location     : Grand City Convex, Surabaya
Class size   : Limited to 25 Gelato Students only per batch

Payment Information

The 3-Day Gelato Competition costs Rp500.000 per person (Rp50.000 discount for 2nd person).
Payment should be made by bank transfer.

  • Raw materials for 3-kg Gelato production
  • Hands-on Gelato making experience (in group)
  • Apron and certificate
